Refunds and Cancellation Policy

A clear account of how cancellations and refund requests are handled.

1. Project nature

Realm by Rook services are tailored project engagements. We do not offer recurring service subscriptions through this site.

2. Refund eligibility

A partial refund may be considered when a project is cancelled before meaningful work has begun. Completed milestones are not refundable.

3. Cancellation

Either party may cancel by written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed, and the applicable deliverables will be handed over in line with the project agreement.

4. Review and resolution

If the delivered work has not met the agreed scope after a fair opportunity to review it, we will arrange a review conversation. The outcome may include refinement, further revision, or a partial refund where appropriate.

5. Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
