Service providers

We use carefully selected providers to run the site and deliver replies. Submissions may be processed by Google Gemini for a requested draft, Neon Postgres for storage, Resend for email delivery, and Vercel for hosting and aggregate analytics. These providers receive information only as needed for those services.

Retention and deletion

We keep a submission only for as long as it is useful for the conversation, delivery, records, or legal obligations that apply to us. You can ask us to remove your information at any time. We will confirm what we can remove and tell you if a limited record must remain.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses aggregate analytics to understand broad patterns such as page visits and proposal requests. We do not use advertising cookies or build individual advertising profiles from your visit.
